What You Need to Know
- Due to the made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective products received during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
To qualify for an exchange due to damage during shipping, please provide the following:
- A complete unboxing video clearly showing the product packaging, any external damage, and the product itself within 24 hours of delivery.
- Contact us immediately at teamrasiya@gmail.com with your order details and the unboxing video attached.
Once we verify the damage claim, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a suitable solution.
